Dr Mark Arrindell
Mark is an experienced osteopath who trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London and has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including treating children and sports injuries. Having practised in Caloundra for many years, Mark brings extensive knowledge and a hands-on approach to treatment, incorporating techniques such as electrotherapy, ultrasound, laser and dry needling to help patients improve movement and manage pain.

Mark Arrindell is new to our team but not new to the industry!
Mark trained at the British School of Osteopathy in London in the 1980’s and lectured there throughout the 1990’s.
He was dissertation supervisor for undergraduate research as well as running teaching clinics treating elderly and homeless patients .
He worked in a wide range of specialist clinics in London treating children and sports injuries.
After migrating to the Sunshine Coast in 2006 with his family he has had his own clinic in Caloundra, closing down in June 2025.
The intention was to retire.
However after six months travel in Europe he feels there is still some practice time left in him so is very happy to join Pumicestone Physio. It will be educationally exciting to work alongside a multi – disciplinary team.
Mark uses a wide range of treatment modlities as well as more traditional “Hands on” Osteopathy. These include Electrotherapy, Ultrasound ,Laser and Dry Needling.
